ELECTROLUX Vacuum Machine
The EVP vacuum machines for vacuum packaging of prepared and raw food provide high quality and hygiene for excellent conservation. The models meet the user requirements of small and medium-sized restaurants and caterers with 100 to 400 servings per day, specialized food producers and butchers. The models on this sheet are table models, with or without fumigation.
CHARACTERISTICS
• Stainless steel version and stainless steel vacuum chamber with convex transparent Plexiglas lid.
• The vacuum chamber with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
• Equipped with one sealing bar.
• Flat digital control panel with touch keys and digital display.
• The digital control panel makes 9 programs possible: P1 – P8 are composed of 4 adjustable variables (vacuum, extra vacuum, gas and sealing), program P9 “external vacuum” is composed of 2 variables (vacuum and extra vacuum). By setting these parameters, an optimum vacuum pressure and seal time is guaranteed for each product type.
• Fault signaling for electronic errors, oil level and errors in the vacuum process, for ease of use and maximum reliability.
• Protected against overheating of the sealing bar.
• Mechanical air supply ensures controlled re-aeration of the vacuum chamber (only for EVP45 model).
• Models EVP31G (600040) and EVP45G (600042) are suitable for fumigation with, for example, nitrogen. The gas, the pressure control and the supply connection must be supplied by third parties.
• The models can be optionally equipped with an external vacuum connection (650008), making it possible to place (gastronorm) containers
to be vacuumed, these special containers must have a vacuum connection for this purpose.
• Angled insert plates (650009 and 650010) are available for all models for vacuuming bags with liquids.
